A subdivision of the iconic Levi's® denim label, Levi's® Skateboarding was launched in response to the demands of the skateboarding community seeking durable and comfortable apparel. Rooted in authenticity, quality craftsmanship and an appreciation for durable design, the label is built on over 140 years of industrial experience to merge heavy-duty design with classic workwear utility. Revisiting traditional cut-and-sew design through a skate-centric lens, Levi's Skateboarding was launched during the early 2000’s as an explorative and growing brand continually enriched by the brand’s own utilitarian legacy. Introducing their first collection, the Levi's Skateboarding Collection (LSC) in 2013, the goal was simple: reimagine a range of timeless Levi's classics to be able to withstand the demands of skateboarding. Developed and tested by skaters, their growing collections pair deliberate design with quality craftsmanship. Home to the likes of Marius Syvanen, Dan Plunkett and Joey Pepper, whilst collaborations also include those with brands such as Poetic Collective and Nike. Celebrating skating as a way of life, the subdivision is also recognised for their Made in the USA Team 511 Skateboarding Jean from 2012, as well as for edits including Berlin Bound, No Drama and ¡Qué Rico! Featuring Val Bauer, Edouard Depaz, Charlie Munro and Mikey Patrick.
