Next Working Day - DPD Local - 1 Hour Predict

  • DPD offers a ‘Predict’ service; you will be sent an email and/ or text on the morning of your delivery with a one-hour delivery slot.
  • If you are not going to be in, you can arrange for your order to be delivered to a safe place, left with a neighbour, or you can arrange delivery to a local pick-up shop. 
  • DPD will only attempt delivery twice and unless they receive any delivery instructions instructing them otherwise they will return the parcel back to us.
  • If you are not at home, the courier may attempt to deliver your order to a neighbour.

Next Working Day - DHL

  • DHL deliveries can be at any time on the anticipated delivery date.
  • If you are not at home, the courier may attempt to deliver your order to a neighbour.

Saturday Delivery - DPD Local - 1 Hour Predict

  • DPD offers a ‘Predict’ service; you will be sent an email and text on the morning of your delivery with a one-hour delivery slot.
  • If you are not going to be in, you can arrange for your order to be delivered to a safe place, left with a neighbour, or you can arrange delivery to a local pick-up shop.
  • Please be aware that DPD cannot deliver to some areas on a Saturday delivery service (mainly N.Ireland, Highlands of Scotland & Islands); if DPD cannot deliver your order on the requested Saturday, we'll be in touch by email.

DPD PickUp Shop Collection - Next Working Day

  • You can choose to have your order delivered to one of DPD's 6,500 PickUp Shop locations.
  • Choose the DPD Pick Up option at checkout and select your PickUp Shop. Many shops have extended opening hours. 
  • Once your order has been delivered to the PickUp Shop, you will be sent a DPD PickUp Pass via email; you’ll need this, along with a valid I.D., to collect your order. 
  • Parcels will be held for five workings day before being returned to us.

Possible dispatch delays

  • If your order is out of stock, we will contact you by email to notify you.
  • If there are some things that we need to verify on your payment details, we will contact you by phone or email to confirm.
  • Please note we cannot ship to PO Box addresses. We will contact you for an alternative address.
  • We can not be held liable for delayed or missing parcels when the delivery address has been inputted incorrectly or incomplete.

Having a problem? 

If you think your order has been delayed or lost in transit please contact us as soon as possible and we will start an investigation with the courier. Missing or lost parcels must be reported within 14 days of your order being dispatched. Any reports after this stage will not be investigated by the courier and we may be unable to resolve.

Unfortunately we cannot re-send your order or refund you until the courier has concluded the investigation, we will keep you informed and will be in touch once the investigation has finished.

How will my goods be packaged?

We double-box all shoes and clothing to ensure we have done our best to ensure that your goods arrive in perfect condition. Please let us know immediately if you are unhappy with the state of your goods when they are delivered.

All of our cardboard packaging is FSC certified and our postal bags are made from 100% recycled materials and are 100% recyclable.  Furthermore, we ship our orders with DPD who use electric vehicles where possible, and with DHL who have their GoGreen solutions - more information can be seen on their websites. 

Cancellation Fees

Once an order has been packed or dispatched, it often not possible to cancel it due to the quick delivery times and the number of parcels we dispatch each day. You may need to wait for your parcel to be delivered and then you can return it to us, as outlined on our Returns page.
